John Reynolds: always the crowd pleaser...

John Reynolds is loved by the British motorcycle racing crowd, not only for his three BSB championships (in 1992, 2001 and 2004), but for riding hard whilst showing an appreciation of his fans that has hardly been matched since.

After some years in World Superbikes, John returned to to the BSB championship as a front-runner, so when he joined Suzuki in 2002 he was obviously a force to be reckoned with, growing with the team as his GSX-R1000 became the class act of the paddock. This inevitably lead to his championship win in 2004, secured in the final round in typically exciting style.

After an accident in 2005, John retired from racing but still has a major role behind the scenes with the Crescent team and in evaluation of new and future Suzuki superbikes.
